The origin of Sawada is the 'Sawada Fresh Fish Shop' established in Akita Prefecture in 1886. In 1984, it moved its base to Sapporo, and in 1990, the fifth generation shifted to the food and beverage industry. On November 7, 2016, the current store 'Uo Goten Sawada' opened. Since then, it has continued to refine Japanese cuisine utilizing Hokkaido's seafood, adding new breath to tradition.

Based on the discerning eye passed down through generations, we believe in conveying the seasonal bounty nurtured by the seas of Hokkaido directly.
