Artworks are displayed inside, giving the sushi restaurant a gallery-like atmosphere. At the same time, at the counter you can closely observe the craftsmen’s handiwork, adding a sense of immediacy even within the elegant space. It is a place where you can enjoy a meal not only with your eyes but also with sound, scent, and taste.

The space that incorporates art was not planned from the restaurant's opening; during meetings with the designer responsible for the interior, the phrase "sushi is an art created by craftsmen" inspired the idea of displaying paintings, resulting in a space where sushi can be enjoyed not only as a dish but as a form of expression.

Inspired by an admiration for a sushi chef encountered in childhood, they pursued a career as a cook. After gaining diverse experience, including launching overseas locations, and building on the solid skills developed through years of apprenticeship, they are a chef who continues to explore the potential of ingredients and sushi rice. They are also interested in spreading sushi more widely, and while refining their skills as a craftsman, they work to create opportunities for the next generation to thrive.
