Chef Kawada, who studied Chinese cuisine at Azabu Changjiang and Japanese cuisine at Ryugin, is the chef at Chazenka. [I love Chazenka. Chef Kawada The Tabelog Award 2019 Gold Congratulations again on last year. Protect what you keep and break what you break. It was an evening in which I strongly felt the "defending the defensible and breaking the defensible. At the end of the evening, we were served the last remnants of the Shanghai crab, which made us happy, and the pork belly roast came out on the Hida stove, making a nice crackling and sizzling sound.
