Como entrante, comenzaremos con un refrescante «liangban cai» de Sichuan y una selección de tres guarniciones, para luego despertar el apetito de golpe con unas jugosas empanadillas de agua y unas vísceras a la plancha bien especiadas. Como plato principal, una auténtica olla de fondue medicinal de Sichuan que calienta hasta lo más profundo del cuerpo. El caldo, una mezcla exquisita de 20 especias, desprende un intenso sabor umami y una gran profundidad que te mantendrá enganchado hasta el último bocado. Para rematar, un curry especiado servido en un cuenco que aporta una sensación de plenitud, para que disfrutes plenamente hasta el postre.
