Impressed with the square bread! Visited on a weekday. Even on a weekday, there is still a line. I stood in line from 3:30 p.m. and was able to purchase the bread at 4:10 p.m.. I was able to buy it early because there seemed to be a cancellation. If there had been no cancellation, I would have had to wait at least 30 minutes. Purchase Bread cubes There were only bread cubes left. I wanted to try them all. I returned home and ate it. It was surprisingly soft, so it was difficult to cut without a bread knife. It is so soft that it shrinks a little after a while. But it doesn't mean that the taste is lost. First of all, I took a bite of it as it is. Delicious! Amazing softness. I have never experienced this texture before. I can also taste a hint of wheat, but the moistness is amazing, probably due to the use of nonfat milk. You can also taste a strong sweetness and a hint of saltiness. When baked, the texture changes again, and it is also delicious. I can't stop being impressed. I didn't know such a bread existed. It is completely Japanese taste, but I think it is a wonderful perfection. It was worth the wait in line. Next time I will go a little earlier and try Pullman and English. The customer service was very attentive and the language and attitude towards the people in line was kind. They even handed out warmers to all the customers in line. Total good store.

Delicious! It's delicious! But the price is still Ginza W! We got in about 20 minutes in line. I think that was pretty fast considering it was a normal day. It was a weekday afternoon... Inside the store, there were many Ginza madams. Young wives? What we eat is bread! Yes, just bread! It tastes like it's not just bread, but it's not just bread. They have a choice of toasters. There are also several kinds of butter. Of course, the bread is good right down to the ears. It is true that it is better than any bread I have ever eaten, but it is also true that it is more expensive than any bread I have ever eaten. If it were more reasonably priced and tasty, I would eat it again, but... It's hard to say.

Bread you have to wait in line to buy! There are many stores in Tokyo that we would like to visit! It's been a long time since I've been to Tokyo, and it was difficult to carefully select the stores I wanted to go to... Some shops are so old that I wonder why they still have BM here.... There are also some stores that I wonder why they still have BM.... Finally, we visited one of them! Centor the Bakery One of my favorite followers had been to this bakery and I wanted to go there too! I've been wanting to go there for a long time! There is a bread store and a cafe in the same building. The cafe has a toaster that you can choose to bake your own bread and eat it! I was attracted to this style. The location is under the elevated Tokyo Expressway I walked from JR Yurakucho station and it took about 5 minutes! I woke up early and was going to be there before the store opened, but I was late! I arrived after 10:30 a.m. (To buy bread, go to the right in line; to use the café, go to the left. I want to use both! At this point, there are about 30 people in the bread line and zero in the cafe! I'm hungry, but let's get in line for the bread anyway! The bread is English bread made with North American flour and fermented at low temperature for 36 hours. Kakushoku: Bread made from Hokkaido "Yumechikara" wheat, hot-dried and liquid-bred. Pullman Bread made with hot water and liquid seed using wheat flour produced in the U.S.A. and Canada English bread is already sold out! Then, we will have to settle for Yumechikara hot-water bread! They ask for your order while you are waiting in line, so the checkout process is very smooth! Everyone is very fast and efficient, and the turnover time is very fast because everyone is used to it! I got a loaf of freshly baked bread! I want to eat it now! The aroma already stands out so much and stimulates my nose! But I had it the next day! The meat was firm, the inside was soft, and the aroma was good! It is delicious enough even raw! When baked, they are crispy and go very well with butter. 800 yen per piece is a little expensive, but you can feel that they use the best ingredients! But back to the story... After purchasing the bread, I went to the café and found that there was a line for the bread! But I want some of that! Next time it's my turn, I look inside the store and see what's going on? It's so empty! And the people who bought the bread were given priority... The reason for this is that everyone has made a reservation. You can reserve a seat in the café, and you are given priority. Oh no! I didn't check that part! After waiting in line for a while, we were finally let through! I have already decided on the menu! Bread Comparison Set Jam set Butter Comparison Set Jam Butter Set You can choose 2 or 3 kinds of bread for each set. I chose jam butter and two kinds of bread. I chose English bread and Pullman because I bought square bread. My favorite toaster choice! In the end, a cool DeLonghi one went to my table! I see there's a proper outlet nearby. Once set, the bread is set up. When the bread is done baking, it pops right up. The butters are French Essire, Biei butter, and Yotsuba butter! The domestic butter is smooth and moist, but it can't compare to the mellow flavor of the Essiree butter! There are 4 kinds of jam, marron butter, chocolate cream, honey, etc. Two pieces are not enough! The De'Longhi toaster bakes well, but not too dry when overcooked! Moisture is locked in tight. The English were crispy and light to the touch, while the Pullmans were the hot water kind, all chunky! It's so much fun, isn't it? They also have delicious French toast and sandwiches! I looked at the table next to us and it looked so delicious! I'm going to have a curry lunch with my friend after this, so I had to give up! This kind of place would definitely be popular in Osaka! Please come over here too! By the time we left, there were even more lines in both places! Fear not, it's Tokyo! Thank you for the food!

The best breakfast I've ever had! Centre's Pullman with Tanaka Farms Fukaya's Treasure Ball and Akadama with Nissin Ham's Sasuke😁The best breakfast I've ever had! I've only had cubes of bread before and this was my first time to try Pullman! I've only had cubes of bread before, but Pullman is more impressive when it's baked. You can really taste the wheat flavor and the aroma is good. It is great to bake it and have it crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. However, I prefer cubes! Thanks again 😋 I know akatama from Fukaya is best served raw, but today I made fried eggs lol. The yolk is rich and the white has a nice elasticity and freshness to it!

I was sick, so I went on a luxury diet. At the end of the year, my son and I both contracted norovirus at the same time, and we couldn't eat or drink anything for 3 days... 😫 We could barely drink soup, and then we managed to eat a sandwich. After suffering so much, I wanted to eat a sandwich from St. Luke's Bakery! And take out. So everyone is lining up for this bread! It was indeed delicious. But it's still too expensive, isn't it?

[CENTRE THE BAKERY] I was able to buy the bread within 15 minutes! The best time to buy bread cubes is from 12:00 to 13:30 on weekdays (except Fridays). I wanted to buy Pullman this time, but I had to give it up because of the 40-minute wait for the baking process... It is good to have a souvenir that people are happy to receive!

This is a specialty bread shop known for its line of bread, but the fruit sandwiches that can be eaten in the shop are quite delicious and highly recommended!
