Three-star sushi restaurant with the fewest seats in the world

Sushi Saito" has been awarded three Michelin stars consecutively since 2010 and is now called the best sushi restaurant in Japan. In the refined design of the restaurant, each dish served using simple techniques such as "boiling," "steaming," and "pickling" is very carefully and delicately flavored. We hope you will enjoy the essence of simple but well-calculated sushi.

The owner, Ishikawa, is very friendly and we had a wonderful time together with his stories.

Roppongi 1-chome, Tokyo The most prestigious sushi restaurant worthy of the name "the best" that everyone longs for. This time, I had the opportunity to attend a meeting with Mr. Numao, who is known as the best disciple of the restaurant. The following are some of the dishes we enjoyed. Seiko Crab Shako (Japanese common octopus) yellowtail Milt Ponzu Octopus fishing grilled conger eel with plum paste / wasabi / cucumber Nigiri Matsukawa coho yellowtail squid Pickled red meat Medium fatty tuna O-toro Shrimp Mackerel Sushi Sardine Bowl of rice topped with buffoon sea urchin/ salmon roe Bowl of rice Anago Tare Negitoro thick roll Egg What impressed me about the snacks was especially the grilled conger eel. It was extremely oily and juicy. The nigiri were all impressive. The rice was soft and fluffy, but not soft at all; it was well balanced and melted in the mouth. It was well-balanced and truly delicious. I am looking forward to the next month.

Sushi Saitto in January I was visited by the general manager at this time. . 🌟Aji9 All the sushi was well balanced, the temperature and the balance between the rice and the ingredients were of course good. Of course, the general's was also delicious. I think the rest is just preference. ⭐️ service- This is my third time here so I know a little more about it, but I couldn't talk much with him. 🌟Atmosphere 9, the atmosphere of the restaurant, and the care of the owner, especially ☺️ 🌟Cospa - sorry, I forgot. There is a little ⭐️ direction 7.

3) The other day, I went to a very popular sushi restaurant where reservations are not taken, I went to a very popular sushi restaurant, which does not take reservations. The charm of Sushi Saito was the careful and delicate taste of all the food. It has been awarded three stars in the Michelin Guide for a long time. ⭐️ taste 9 .The first person, Saito, made the sushi for us. It was very tasty, although it felt amazing, However, the impression that I had never tasted before was still the same. I really felt that Amamoto-san's sushi was more impressive than any I have ever tasted before. I don't know which one is the best when it comes to this level, I think it is up to each person's taste. ⭐️Service 8 It was a little better than normal. ⭐️Atmosphere 8 Mr. Saito is a cheerful person and it was very enjoyable. ⭐️Cos 7 40000/person . We went during the day and they did it with the night menu. ⭐️Direction 7 No particular direction system, just normal. I wonder when I can go to Saito-san's table next...

[Sushi Saito] I was able to visit Sushi Saito for lunch, which I have long wanted to do! I was told that I could choose between 10 pcs. and 15 pcs. and without any hesitation, I chose the 15 pcs. I was beyond surprised and gasped at how delicious it was. Mr. Hashiba, the sushi chef today, was so refined in his manners of making sushi and his behavior that I could not stop staring at him. By the way, everyone was saying that the kinme was the best today, and the conversation was going well! I was deeply impressed by how nice it is to have friends who can honestly enjoy good food. Everything was so delicious that I was nodding my head so much that I think my neck went a little funny (I suspect it was just lack of exercise...). (I suspect it was just lack of exercise...) (LOL) (I suspect it was just lack of exercise... lol) I wonder if there will be a time when I can have it again... I wonder when I will be able to have it again....

Enjoyed the saito. Very satisfied. It was really a happy 3 hours! We went to various sushi restaurants. They are all delicious and fun! I can't say which one is better or worse! I don't even have to! They said that reservations are still available for lunch if you are not a first-time visitor. I was relieved because I had been told that the wait would be several years already. I was nervous at first. I got used to it and we had a good talk and a good time. The horse mackerels were great today! He was really good. It was the best I've ever had. I would like to go there again, maybe twice a year. Next time is lunch!

The second seat is taken by Shunji-san. He is opening a restaurant under his own name in April at a location being renovated in Saito. Next door happened to be Mr. Via and some people from his company. Via also told us that he will open a izakaya (Japanese-style pub) in April that will stay open until 3:00 a.m.

The grilled dishes are ordinary, but the nigiri is exceptional. The restaurant also does a good job of making the customers laugh while creating a good atmosphere, and this is the pinnacle of sushi restaurants in Japan.

This is the kind of restaurant I want to try once in my life for a story @Roppongi 1-chome Three Michelin stars ✨. Sushi Saito is also famous as a restaurant that is hard to make reservations for. We were lucky enough to get platinum seats. You can't take your eyes off not only the sushi, but also the way he makes it. The tuna from Yamayako, tiger prawns, sea urchin from Yoichi, black sea bass, bonito, etc. are all delicious 🤤. It is a top-notch restaurant, but the prices are reasonable for this type of restaurant. It is said that the world is in a sushi bubble, and it is common for the bill to be over 30,000 or 50,000 for sushi alone, but it was less than 30,000 even after ordering half a bottle of sake and soft drinks. It was a blissful time. ☺️
