This course includes Chinese Cuisine ARATA dishes, marinated migratory crab in Shaoxing wine, migratory crab baked rice, and one migratory crab dish. This course is available only for three months from now (May to July).
This course was created at the chef’s recommendation so you can enjoy Ise lobster as sashimi. It features an original sauce made with abalone liver and our homemade doubanjiang, and focuses on seafood dishes. This is a limited-time course available only for two months (August–September).
