This is a shop specializing in chicken, with a very rich selection. They have young chickens, local chickens, and even duck, and you can find parts ranging from common to rare. Inside the store, the staff works efficiently, and you can feel the freshness. When the thigh meat is cooked slowly over low heat, the skin becomes crispy and the meat is tender, and it is delicious with just salt. The liver and gizzards are also fresh, and the difference in texture is enjoyable. The whole roasted chicken is well-seasoned, and when warmed and finished in the oven, it becomes even more fragrant and very satisfying.
