In a compact underground space, the atmosphere is comfortable and welcoming. There aren't many seats, but the overseas-themed decorations and the screen displaying ocean views create an exciting ambiance. The dishes are carefully prepared with seasonal mountain vegetables, yuba, and bacon, pairing perfectly with the drinks. The grilled shishamo is perfectly salted, allowing the flavor of the fish to shine through. The simmered kinmedai has a sweet and salty seasoning, with white shredded leeks and green vegetables providing a nice accent. The young hokke fish releases its flavor with every bite, making it hard to put down the chopsticks.
