Okinawa in Ginza We went to this restaurant because it offers authentic Okinawan cuisine. My friend who is from Okinawa said it was delicious, so there must be no mistake! I have always liked Okinawan food, I have always liked Okinawan food, but since I visited Okinawa for the first time last year, I like it so much that I want to eat it on a regular basis! First of all, we toasted with beer while waiting for the food to be served. UMIBUDO (sea grapes)! I can't get enough of the crunchy texture! Gee Mamy Tofu Whenever I go to an Okinawan restaurant, I always order this menu item. The richness of the peanuts and the crunchy texture is addictive! Fu Chanpuru Fu Chanpuru is ordered more often than Goya Chanpuru. The egg-covered fu is chewy and delicious! Goya Chanpuru This is a classic! I wonder why the bitter taste of the bitter melon is not so harsh. Raftae Raftae cooked in a slightly sweet sauce. I want to put it on top of rice. It is very rich, so add mustard to accentuate the taste. It is also great as a side dish with sake. I actually had another plate. LOL! Sunny (mozuku) tempura Just the right amount of batter! On this day, we tried Awamori with soda! The Ryukyu glass glasses were very beautiful. All were delicious and very satisfying! It made me want to go back to Okinawa again!

An Okinawan restaurant popular among office workers and businessmen in Ginza! I had been curious about it for a while and visited for the first time! I entered the restaurant around past 1:00 p.m., but it was full of office workers and businessmen who seemed to be on a break from their work. I ordered Taketomi Special Oil Soba with Miso Rice. Mimigar. Vinegared mozuku seaweed. Pickled radish. Onsen egg. I could see why this dish is so popular in Ginza at 880 yen with vinegar! This is a good place to eat!
