Okonomiyaki made only with onions from Awaji Island. Onions are delicious! It's surprisingly light and can be eaten in a flash!
We use octopus directly shipped from Awaji Island's Shinagawa Fisheries and fresh vegetables from Awaji Island. The octopus, which is famous for being caught in the whirlpools of Naruto, is firm and has a chewy texture while maintaining a moderate tenderness. It is paired with a sweet and umami-rich octopus and crunchy fresh vegetables, all tossed in a carpaccio sauce.
Hamo sourced from Awaji Island Salt Field Fishing Port, made into a cutlet! Excellent compatibility with homemade tartar sauce and homemade sauce.

From November to around March, we procure Awaji Island's three-year-old tiger pufferfish directly from Awaji Island (Wakao Suisan), which has been featured in the media. We can prepare tiger pufferfish hot pot, sashimi, pufferfish skin blanched, fin sake, and pufferfish milt with ponzu sauce. Please make a reservation three days in advance as we procure directly. We also offer Awaji Island's eel, of course eel hot pot, as well as rare eel tempura and eel cutlet fry.
