This reasonably priced, easy-to-come-by course starts with an appetizer of seven mushrooms and grated radish, followed by carpaccio and a herb-crusted meat dish of chicken wings, which is strongly associated with Japanese cuisine. The final dish, Chirashi Sushi, also includes salmon roe and looks great!
