A novel sweet potato shochu that revives the extinct sweet potato known as Kagoshima Mannamugenji, focusing on the aromatic components that change during the aging process of the raw sweet potato, bringing out a vibrant aroma reminiscent of muscat and lychee. It is recommended to mix it with soda to enhance the fragrance.
A popular brand from Kagoshima, this brewery continues to evolve without sparing investment in equipment for processing raw materials. Its smooth texture and well-balanced flavor are recommended for on the rocks or with water.
