Located on the second floor of a building near Shin-Fuchu Station, it is a pleasant space with an open kitchen. The curved counter is the centerpiece, and there are also private rooms where you can relax. You can see the dishes being prepared right in front of you, and the meticulous work is exciting. The fermented rice mousse and root vegetable pickles have a gentle sweetness and pleasant aroma. A dish that allows you to enjoy carrots in various forms and the combination of turnips and crab are also memorable. Overall, the combination of aromas and textures is enjoyable, naturally uplifting your mood.
