[Tokyo Tsukiji] I visited after a long time. I happened to go at a time when there was no line for lunch, so I was lucky to get in right away without it being crowded. Most customers choose the sushi course, but I heard from a friend that it's better to order some appetizers and then have the chef prepare sushi based on how much room you have left in your stomach, so I decided to do that this time. A la carte ◇ 2-piece set: monkfish liver & cod milt ◇ Monkfish liver (single item) ◇ Fried shishamo (smelt) ◇ Fresh sea urchin appetizer ◇ Salmon roe ◇ Young horse mackerel ◇ Medium fatty tuna ◇ Filefish ◇ Fresh squid ◇ Toro-taku roll (fatty tuna and takuan) ◇ Miso soup The appetizers were delicious! This ordering style is indeed perfect for those who enjoy drinking. Haha. I really like the cost performance as well. I want to go again soon.
