A blend of 'lightly peated malt' with a fresh and subtle smoky flavor reminiscent of young leaves in the forest, combined with various original spirits that possess the complexity and depth characteristic of 'Hakushu'. The overlapping individuality of each component creates a fresh aroma and a refreshing, crisp taste that is the hallmark of this single malt whiskey.
As a new initiative, we used 'wine barrel aged malt' from our diverse range of original spirits and blended it with several original spirits, including the 'mizunara barrel aged malt,' which is essential when discussing 'Yamazaki.' The result is characterized by a soft and floral aroma and a sweet, smooth taste that emerges from the overlapping individuality of each component.

This plum wine is made by soaking fully ripe plums that bring out a rich aroma and flavor, and it is aged for a long time in old whiskey barrels from the Yamazaki Distillery, allowing you to enjoy a vibrant taste and rich depth along with a lingering finish.
Bottle 3,990 yen (including tax 4,389 yen) In the 5th year of Taisho, the shochu first released by the founder of Kirishima Distillery, Yoshisuke Enatsu, was made with black koji. The authentic sweet potato shochu 'Kurokirishima', which inherits the roots of black koji brewing from the time of its founding, is characterized by its rich sweetness and crisp finish. It enhances delicious dishes across various genres, including Japanese, Western, Chinese, and ethnic cuisines.
Founded in the 39th year of the Meiji era. The brewery is located at the foot of Mount Kirishima, using Sekinpei spring water for brewing, and has created the highly popular 'Sato', which has won the number one spot in shochu popularity rankings. Sato Black is a sweet potato shochu brewed with black koji, the same color as the label, characterized by its unique strength, sweetness, and aroma.

A pure rice daiginjo brewed with handmade koji and the snowmelt water of Hakkaisan, known as 'Raiden-sama's clear water.' By combining Yamada Nishiki and Gohyakumangoku polished to 45%, along with Miyama Nishiki, we have created a pure rice sake that is characteristic of Hakkaisan, with a clean finish and a flavor that does not become monotonous. This slightly premium sake enhances dishes with its transparent and beautiful taste, along with a gentle, elegant sweetness that spreads softly.
The pinnacle of Kubota, a superb blend of sake brewed in different ways. Its vibrant and rich aroma lingers in the throat, harmonizing umami, sweetness, and acidity within a soft and rounded texture, creating a refined taste. It pairs beautifully with dishes that evoke a gentle umami.

As a result, all of their sake has become Junmai Daiginjo, which is quite easy to understand for a sake brewery. The sake that made its name known to the world, 'Dassai 50', has been discontinued... and the successor that appeared is 'Dassai 45'. By polishing it even further from 50, it has become a cleaner and more refined taste without any off-flavors! A cost-effective Junmai Daiginjo is here again!!
