Rokkohime Beef Wood-Fired Steak A 30-minute drive from Migiwa is Kobe Beef Ranch in Nishi Ward, Kobe City. The cattle are raised on the farm, which was established more than 50 years ago, drinking water from the Rokko mountain range. Feed is also locally sourced as much as possible, such as sake lees from a sake brewery in Kobe.
