Kurihara Sendai Wagyu, the highest grade A5 black beef, carefully raised in the nature of Miyagi without using any antibacterial additives and using Hitomebore brown rice as feed, is grilled and spread on freshly cooked white rice. Please enjoy the mild flavor and fine taste nurtured by nature with a sparkling special umami jus.
This is a lunchtime set meal that offers a wide variety of tastes and pleasing to the eye. Freshly processed seasonal fish directly shipped from various regions, freshly fried tempura, and grilled seasonal fish are served colorfully and elegantly in a series of large, medium, and small dishes called "oryogi," which were used by Zen monks in the old days. Please enjoy it with rice cooked in an earthenware pot.

Dishes carefully crafted with autumn delicacies such as matsutake mushrooms, chestnuts, persimmons, and ginkgo nuts provide a gentle experience for both the eyes and the palate.
