조용한 문을 열면 세련된 공간이 나타나 마음이 설렙니다. 카운터는 부드럽게 곡선을 이루고 있어 눈앞에서 셰프가 마무리하는 모습을 천천히 지켜볼 수 있습니다. 각 접시마다 재료의 이야기를 들려주기 때문에 맛뿐만 아니라 배움도 있었습니다. 상어 지느러미나 상하이 게와 같은 호화로운 재료가 새로운 향기와 식감으로 다시 태어나 감동을 줍니다. 촉촉한 베이징 덕의 맛 비교는 껍질의 고소함과 소스의 조화가 잊혀지지 않습니다. 식사 후에는 만족감과 행복이 서서히 퍼져 나가며 돌아가는 길까지 미소가 지어졌습니다.
