Our skewered cutlets are characterized by a light and fluffy texture, reminiscent of a swallowtail butterfly. You can enjoy skewered cutlets fried with seasonal ingredients. The appetizers are themed around traditional Japanese condiments, using homemade salt koji, carefully selected miso, and long-established soy sauce. We serve with heartfelt hospitality so that everyone leaves with a smile.
The agricultural products born from the seasonal climate of Japan are truly a blessing from nature. Not only do we focus on the deliciousness of mountain delicacies, seafood, and river treasures, but we also pay attention to the beauty of presentation, the art of pairing, and the texture, all crafted into a single skewer.
