烏丸御池 근처에 조용히 있는 일식 가게입니다. 입구의 표시는 '料' 한 글자로, 마치 전통 가옥 같은 외관이 분위기를 자아냅니다. 카운터 너머로 멋진 구이대가 보이며, 향기에서부터 설렘이 느껴집니다. 국물의 향기가 은은하게 퍼지는 국물 요리와, 백된장으로 만든 요리가 매우 기분 좋은 맛을 선사합니다. 제철 재료의 조합이 즐겁고, 요코와와 오징어, 유채꽃, 성게 등의 조합도 잘 어울립니다. 바삭한 김으로 감싼 고등어 초밥이나, 고소한 장어와 무가 함께한 한 접시도 인상 깊습니다.
