Homemade coarsely ground udon made from wheat grains sourced from farmers nationwide. Enjoy the fresh aroma, sweetness, and the original flavor of the wheat. We are particular about quality and use coarsely ground flour to make our homemade noodles. Blended udon is created by mixing wheat flour from various regions in a unique blend by Aozora. Please enjoy the texture and taste of the flour. *The thickness of the noodles may vary depending on the season and climate.
