[Bottle]
【Bottle】 A small house rated five stars alongside Krug and Bollinger. A beautiful champagne with a shimmering pale golden color and fine bubbles. Aromas of green apple, herbs, and honey. The finish is long, elegant, and refined. 60% Pinot Meunier, 20% Chardonnay, 20% Pinot Noir.
[Bottle] Dry with a robust taste. Clear and transparent aroma. The slight bitterness and freshness pair perfectly with seafood such as oysters. 100% Sauvignon Blanc.
【Bottle】Very dry with a sharp finish. Lively acidity. Spicy and cinnamon aromas amidst floral and apple scents. Silky texture.
Bottle: Rich in minerality with complex aromas of butter, pear, lemon beer, and white flowers. The thick, creamy texture and fresh fruitiness are well balanced.
