This is a hidden gem located on the 5th floor of a building in Ginza. The dishes made with seafood from Hokkaido are all fragrant, and you feel excited from the very first bite. The true hokke (a type of fish) has plump flesh and a good amount of fat, and the satisfaction increases as you continue to eat. The herring tataki bowl pairs well with the vinegared rice, and the small side dishes and soup are also carefully prepared, which is delightful. The crab dishes, unusual fish fries, and marinated sashimi are all impressive, and you can't put your chopsticks down. The rice is from Hokkaido, and the miso soup has a rich dashi, leaving you feeling happy until the very end.

This shop is located on an upper floor of a building, but the interior is neat and comfortable. The counter has a bright wooden texture, allowing for a calm dining experience. The large hokke fish is plump and well-fatty, with a wonderfully fragrant surface. The rice is from Hokkaido, shiny and sweet, making it a perfect match. The miso soup has a nice kelp aroma, and even the small side dishes and pickles are carefully prepared, providing satisfaction. The octopus dish is tender with a gentle shiso fragrance, allowing you to appreciate the goodness of the seafood.
