Since it is fried after you place your order, the batter is light and crispy. The dipping sauce is mildly sweet, and the aroma of soy sauce spreads pleasantly, which I like. The combination of shrimp, sweetfish, eggplant, and shishito peppers is just right and satisfying. You can also take it home, so you can enjoy tempura and kakiage at home.
