The menu had changed, and the noodles were now combined with clams, which made it easier to eat the ramen. We finished the hamburger steak, and since there was no shark fin soup today, and we were supposed to finish with shrimp curry, it looked like it would end rather well, but the whole shark fin was in the dish, and we managed to finish it even though we were feeling quite full. However, I realized that I really don't like shark fins.

The course was 15,000 yen, and 25,000 yen including drinks (the price goes up and down depending on the drinks, but it was this price after drinking rather a lot.) The restaurant offers a variety of dishes with a very high cost, such as using three bunches of mitsuba leaves that cost 20,000 yen. The chef is a former chef of Toyo in Paris and a woman from Kahala in Osaka. The salt used is the same as that used in Kajara, making it a place where you can enjoy dishes similar to Kajara's in Tokyo, but at a lower price. Reservations can be made up to two months in advance.

A former Osaka Kahala graduate is the owner-chef of this restaurant. He emphasizes cost-conscious cooking, but I always think it's a balance. This time, I gave the hamburger steak and shark fin to my neighbor to share. I want to have a relaxing meal these days.
