Japan's Only Croatian Cuisine Specialty Restaurant

Dobro is an enchanting restaurant that specializes in Croatian cuisine, the only one of its kind in Japan. The interior is adorned with Croatian antiques, creating a moody and tranquil atmosphere. The dishes offer a unique flavor that reflects traditional Croatian cooking along with influences from neighboring countries, with truffle-infused dishes being particularly impressive. It's a place where you can enjoy a special moment paired with rare Croatian wines.

Japan's only restaurant specializing in Croatian cuisine This time I'm going to write about it with gusto! (Laughs) I'm always serious, but since this is the only restaurant specializing in Croatian cuisine, I had to dig deep and ask the service staff about it! Utilizing phone notes! Right off the bat, the food was a light course! Appetizers Tuna carpaccio with parmigiano and balsamic sauce ○Chicken and dried fruit terrine Marinated red shrimp ○Walasa carpaccio with ruby grapefruit sauce The dried fruit terrine was distinctive and delicious! ○Risotto Risotto with tiger prawns and Macedonian porcini Main course Meat dish (cheek + ¥600) Beef cheek braised in red wine with spicy sauce and spinach potatoes Aqua Pazza Fish dish Aqua Pazza of Itoyori Snapper Dried Tomatoes and Clams with Caper Olive Sauce We buy our Itoyori Snapper directly from Tsukiji, so we can offer you the whole fish style! The broth is carefully made from sea bream, cod, Itoyoridai and sea robin! This was my first Croatian dish, but I thought it was similar to Italian cuisine, partly because Italy is also close by. The restaurant is divided into two floors, with the first floor being casual and the second floor focusing on courses. The restaurant is not flashy, but rather mature, and could be used for business entertainment. I found a good place to eat!
