This is a calm restaurant with only 8 counter seats, located just a short walk from the station. You can see the cooking and plating right in front of you, which adds excitement even before the meal begins. The course features meat kaiseki centered around wagyu, and the combination with seasonal ingredients is delightful. The hand-rolled fillet cutlet has a rich aroma and texture, leaving a strong impression. The soup with the flavor of the tail is comforting and well-balanced. The service is attentive, and the explanations are easy to understand, making it enjoyable to savor even the sweetness of the final mandarin.
