This is a pleasant shop with soft lighting and a calm counter. You can start with a clear broth, and it's fun to add bonito flakes yourself. Dishes are arranged in small portions in a two-layered box that separates Japanese and Western cuisine, and each one is carefully prepared and visually appealing. The egg yolk dish is surprising, and the roast pork is perfectly cooked and memorable. The central dish allows for a comparison of the same ingredients in both Japanese and Western styles, revealing the merits of both fish and meat. Pairing it with sake is enjoyable, and I was able to savor it deliciously while my heart danced until the end.
