Sushi Shu

We use natural bluefin tuna from nearby waters, which is our most popular ingredient! Please enjoy sushi at its most delicious state.

The chef selects ingredients every morning at Tsukiji. With years of reliable expertise, he chooses fresh fish every day. The presentation is also carefully considered, making it a dish that can be enjoyed visually as well. In the evening, we also serve sashimi to be paired with sake.

Using fresh fish caught in Tsukiji, the chef carefully prepares the nigiri. Seasonal ingredients that can only be caught at that time may include rare toppings. The chef, with years of experience and knowledge of fish and sake, will recommend pairings based on compatibility.

We remove the flesh from the shellfish on the spot and serve it fresh. Shellfish has been used as sushi toppings for a long time, with more than 10 varieties available. If you love shellfish, please come to Sushi Shu.
