I found a restaurant that I want to keep going back to. Thank you, Mr. Harada, for introducing us to this wonderful hole-in-the-wall restaurant that we would never have known about without your introduction. SATO is located on the third floor of a small building on 8-chome, and is owned by the owner, who is independent from the famous Ginza restaurant Shimoda. The menu is sure to capture the hearts of fish lovers and sake drinkers. And the tsukune here is my favorite of all the tsukune I've had so far. Like Shimoda, the menu starts with three appetizers and a salad. The quality of the assortment of sashimi is in the same class as that of Shimoda. The tuna, kelp sashimi of flounder, and Akashi octopus were a knockout. And the angel prawn, the head was boiled and served. The counter is filled with regulars, and there are only a few tables at which you can relax. The bill is half the price of Shimoda. I will go there again.

SATO" is a hole-in-the-wall kappo restaurant in Ginza Hatchome, known by those in the know. I went there once and was so impressed with the taste and the cost that I visited a second time. The owner, who is independent from the famous Japanese restaurant Shimoda, is a master of Japanese cuisine, and his skills and procurement are without a doubt. The tsukune is the best tasting tsukune I have ever had. It is a great dish with onions, fluffy, and accented with finely chopped cartilage bones. The tuna this time was Oma, a very tasty, moist, and superb dish. We were in a good mood and ordered the grilled nodoguro. It was a moment of sheer happiness. The restaurant is a cozy place with a lot of regular customers. I also met Mr. Harada, who introduced me to this restaurant, which doubled the pleasure of my visit. I will continue to visit this restaurant from now on.

Stable taste! SATO" is a kappo restaurant that we would like to guide you to on days when you want to enjoy a drink with your loved ones. The hospitality and cooking skills of the owner, who trained at the famous restaurant Shimoda in Ginza, will make you want to go back once you visit. The quality and beauty of the seafood is the same as that of Shimoda, but the price is about two-thirds that of Shimoda. Recommended for casual dinners for adults who know what they want.
