Upon entering, a quiet and elegant atmosphere spreads, allowing you to relax in semi-private rooms or at the counter. The sukiyaki, with a clear aftertaste, is excellent, made with a dipping sauce that enhances the sweetness of the soy sauce. The large A5 beef has a melting texture, and it's reassuring that the staff carefully grills it for you at first. When mixed with egg, the umami flavor is greatly enhanced, and the shungiku, grilled tofu, long green onions, and shiitake mushrooms are all delicious. You can also enjoy a variety of rice dishes like sea bream sashimi, Uwajima-style sea bream rice, and beef hitsumabushi. The meal can be concluded with a sweet mousse and rich tea, making it a special moment perfect for business dinners or dates.
