Bacchus does not have a style of always sourcing the same items and providing the same menu. We source rare and unique wines according to the season, timing, and drinking conditions, catering to our customers' requests. Therefore, the recommended menu below is just a small part of what we offer, and we cherish the encounters with glasses that are only available for that day.

Special Pinot Noir from Martinelli, aged and produced near Fort Ross Seaview on the Sonoma Coast of California. There are about seven single vineyards, and my favorite is the aged single vineyards from before 2007 and after 1997 that are currently at their best drinking period! Currently, there is no official importer in Japan, and the wine is sold only through local purchases or to members of a mailing list. It is believed that such a sight of old vintages of Martinelli lined up in Japan is rare.

'Pillar Rock '04'!! This is an extremely rare item☆☆☆ (Based on feedback from everyone, this wine has become one of the top five wines they want to encounter again at our store BaCChus) After 'Pillar Rock '01' shone as the top wine at a charity auction across the United States, the vintage rated higher than '01' is '04'!! In high-end restaurants in New York, it was offered at prices exceeding 100,000 yen, but currently, it is not even found on wine lists!!

Here come six cats from Napa, California. This is also a rare item☆☆☆ It is a delicious back vintage '01 & '97 of the cult series 'Beren & Hitchcock' Ode to Picasso☆☆☆

Currently, the wine that has the highest average score (98.08 points) among the three major wine rating publications from 2000 to 2010, achieving a perfect score of 100 points three times, and reigning as the number one wine in the world in terms of points, is 'QUILCEDA CREEK' produced in Columbia Valley, Washington, USA. This time, you can enjoy the Galitzin Vineyard '08, named after the owner, which hardly ever arrives in Japan. (95 points +)

The genius of Alsace, 'Marcel Deiss', creates the Altenberg de Bergheim '03. This is an assemblage of 13 varieties of white and red that exist in Alsace, a true Neuf du Pape of Alsace!! It is a masterpiece that becomes a landmark of Marcel Deiss.

One of the five major whites in the United States, 'Aubert' produces the top-class Pinot Noir UV-SL in the country. This is a Pinot Noir that I personally love very much. For reference, it is a wonderful Pinot Noir with a score around 94 points in P.P.

Delicious Napa Chardonnay 'Kongsgaard '13' is one of the top five white wines in the United States, crafted from Hudson Vineyard (2/3) and Hyde Vineyard (1/3) located in Carneros, Napa Valley. Additionally, Sonoma's Pinot Noir 'Martinelli, Moonshine Ranch '04' is produced by Martinelli, which supplies grapes to Marcassin, known for creating some of the finest Pinot Noir in the country. The old vintage of Martinelli has reached its peak, showcasing remarkable expressiveness and a veil of aromas that rival the best on the grand stage.

The rare Romanee-Conti owner, 'Aubert de Villaine', has produced the Pinot Noir 'Viviere Sonoma Coast '14' & 'Viviere Gipps Crown '13' in Sonoma, California.

Sparkling wine produced in McLaren Vale, Australia. The designer, 'Gianni Versace's' relative 'Dominique Versace', creates an interesting organic sparkling 'Premier Shiraz' & 'Moscato Frizzante', which we will serve in small amounts of both.

This is the arrival of the '07, following the '05 Jubilee Chambertin Justice, a wine that shocked me enough to change my perception and concept of Pinot Noir 180 degrees, created by Philippe Charlopin Parizot. Finally at its drinking peak, the GC Justice '07, crafted by the top disciple of the Burgundy god, Henri Jayer, is a Pinot Noir that has been criticized locally for not being a true Pinot Noir, producing aromas and flavors that are unimaginable for a Pinot Noir (mocha, coffee, cocoa, tobacco, cigar, high cocoa content chocolate, etc.)!!

The god of Burgundy, Henri Jayer's top disciple, Philippe Charlopin-Parizot's back vintage, Charmes-Chambertin '95. By opening this wine, I was able to imagine the drinking timing of the two bottles on the right ('05). The aged Parizot's Pinot Noir has a special bouquet (aged aroma) and beautiful acidity, along with roasted notes, creating a wonderfully balanced masterpiece.

The wine we are offering this time is 'THE MONKEY '10' produced by 'SINE QUA NON' from Napa Valley (meaning essential in Latin). It is a superb white wine blended with Roussanne, Viognier, Chardonnay, and Marsanne.

This wine is a masterpiece that ranked second in the United States, created by a wealthy magnate from Chicago who gathered specialists from various fields to surpass the five great châteaux.

A top-class Zinfandel from Tarly, this is a rare great vintage from 2004. Each wine comes from a different plot. Enjoy the unique characteristics of each Zinfandel.

A wonderful wine produced in Sonoma, California. -If I were to express it, I would say it is 'the pinnacle of Pinot Noir in the United States' - The excitement I felt when I opened this wine, which I encountered a few years ago at a certain moment (serendipity), is something I will never forget in my lifetime. I was able to introduce it to a few customers only once before, but I believe the opportunity to gather this many bottles at once is almost nonexistent.

Red Car, Syrah, Sugar Daddy 02 is also a rare item, so if there are any Syrah grape lovers, please look forward to it and stop by.

In fact, this Summer Stone SB '10 is the most delicious No. 1 SB I have ever tasted in 2014. There are only a few shops in Japan that offer it, and the quantity imported to Japan is small, so it is very rare to come across it.
