Casual yakiniku with a focus on Japanese black bull beef The restaurant is very crowded! Lots of waitstaff! The person in charge was a newcomer, so I had to explain a little bit! And then the cooking started! We ordered the Ginza Kobau course for 12,000 yen. The course contents are as follows ○Assorted Namul ○Toasted ribeye with yellow egg ○Salad Chateaubriand ○Sliced sirloin ○Selected 4 kinds of Japanese Black Beef Soup Sukiyaki Beef Sliced Sirloin Cold noodle or Tantanmen Dessert The dish that made an immediate impact on me was The one that made an impact on me was the rib roast toast with yellow egg on top. I can't resist it because I love this kind of appearance! I didn't know male Wagyu beef could be so tender! Delicious, delicious! We had it at the counter. The waiter carefully grilled the meat. The Ginza! With over 4 points on the food log, expectations were high. We were given a private room. First of all Halami Capsicum annuum Kalbi The meat looks delicious. The meat with beautiful fat on it is not too sticky, and it is prodigal, Thinly sliced tongue How tender and delicious! I had to have another helping of the white onion. Although it was thinly sliced, it was just the right thickness to satisfy my taste buds. *Sirloin It only takes 3 seconds to cook it! I was so happy to be able to eat it. Seared Yukke! It's on the lenghi in such a classy way, but it's a destructive level of deliciousness! Each is served with an egg yolk in the middle. Oh, I was born to eat this. LOL! The restaurant was full of "Yakiniku at Zagin" atmosphere. The restaurant was calm and the service was courteous.

[Yakiniku Ginza Kobau] Yesterday's special course! There were too many to give all the pictures... LOL! Yesterday's highlights were the fillet from Iwate Sasaki Farm and the 30-month-old ribeye from Miyagi Suzuki Farm. Obviously, the taste is apparent from the appearance. A different taste from the pure blood Tajima. Rather than a strong and intense meat taste, it has a gentle flavor, including the taste of the fat. I still love Kobau! One of the best barbecue restaurants Mar 22, 2016 Went again today! Luxury kobau! Well, it's the best! All my acquaintances were happy! Jul 10, 2015 I don't know how many times I've been back. That's how many times I've revisited. I'm not sure how many times I've been back, but I'm sure it's because I've become a regular. I was able to order it, so I'll add it here. On this day Mr. Saito from Yamagata (33 months) and Mr. Sasaki from Iwate (35 months) We had the chance to compare the chateaubriand and the misuzu. I don't think everyone can order it. The best part of eating out, "regulars", is that both the restaurant and the customer have a certain atmosphere. I think it is a word that makes people step up to the next level. Finding a favorite restaurant and going to it! I go there! I go there! Beyond that The back menu! Uuuuu. Impressive. I can now order from the back menu at a yakiniku restaurant in Ginza. A cosy yakiniku restaurant in Ginza! On this day, we took the course. We started with open sandwiches, in which bread is grilled and the meat is placed on top. Tongue and chateaubriand are grilled in a style we can cook by ourselves. The sirloin with dashi was my favorite. Finally, we could choose between sukiyaki and Korean style sukiyaki. We were all full, but we only drank the sweet and spicy soup. We will come back again.

[Ginza Kobau] I still love Kobau no matter how many times I go there in a month. The location, the pleasant service, and the high level of meat. The level of satisfaction is beyond my gauge. Cobau, Revenge! LOL! The last time I went there, I was feeling extremely sick and I thought it was delicious, but the truth is, I thought it was even better, so I took my revenge: ☺️ It was still so delicious ♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡! But I guess with good meat, you get a little tired of the fat at the end 💦. I'm at the age where I want tan and lean meat... lol But I definitely want to go back. I want to eat more raw.
