Each ingredient in our Oden is carefully selected, sourced from renowned producers nationwide. We take pride in our flavorful broth, made without any artificial seasonings, using a base of kombu and bonito to create a light and clear Kyoto-style broth that enhances the quality ingredients.

All of our chicken skewers are made using Ajidori brand chicken from Iwate, known for its sweetness and richness, making it a perfect match for grilled chicken.
