At Moark, we grow vegetables without using any pesticides or chemical fertilizers, following traditional farming methods. The compost is made by fermenting grass that has not been treated with pesticides, taking more than six months to prepare. In rich soil, with sunlight and carefully tended fields that allow crops to grow slowly, the vegetables accumulate plenty of nutrients, resulting in a rich aroma and the true flavors of the vegetables.
