This is a lunch-only course that allows you to casually enjoy the flavors of GINZA ICHINIKI during your lunch hour. Although compact in size, the course is full of seasonal dishes and includes our specialty, straw grill. This kaiseki course carefully brings out the true flavor of the ingredients by using the most suitable cooking method for the carefully selected ingredients of the day and our specialty, katsuo (bonito) grilled in straw. The course is designed to reflect the changing of the seasons in the dishes, allowing you to savor the flavors of the season with all five senses.
