Tatkang Mari" is a Korean classic, where a whole chicken is served in a pot. The soup is made from the guts of the Kyo-aka chicken, which is cooked for four hours, and is rich in collagen. The nutritious watercress is served along with other ingredients that are good for the body. While pursuing the authentic taste of Korea, we have also made further improvements and are proud to offer this dish for the first time! We hope you will enjoy it with plenty of garlic in the soup.
