This is Ginza Toriyayako's most popular course with meal and dessert, featuring special yakitori skewers and selected seasonal vegetables, with the main dish of Akita Hinai Jidori chicken, hand-roasted one by one over bincho charcoal. Enjoy the Makase Skewer Course featuring Akita Hinai Chicken Yakitori skewers, which are individually hand-rolled and grilled over Binchotan charcoal; the Skewer Only Course, which includes five specially selected Yakitori skewers and two vegetable skewers; and additional a la carte orders. We have prepared a very satisfying course of 10 skewers, including 7 yakitori and 3 other omakase skewers, available only for reservations made by 5:30 p.m. You can also enjoy various rare parts of the chicken for an additional 1,000 yen to the existing omakase skewer course. For some reason, many of the skewers will include offal, so we apologize, but we recommend this course to customers who like offal as well!
