A truly special katsudon. This is a famous katsudon restaurant in Ginza. The general manager of that big idol group, who is known to like katsudon, is also a regular at this restaurant (I wonder if he eats there before the rock-paper-scissors tournament?) (Does he eat it before the Janken Tournament?). Special katsudon (1,800 yen) The soup stock and seasoning are rich and a little bit salty, I thought. I thought so, but when combined with the egg, it creates the best harmony. Perhaps it was the use of filet mignon for the meat, but it was not greasy and was deliciously light to the last bite. At first I thought it was a little expensive, but it was so delicious that I almost became addicted to it, so in a way it was probably a fair price.

The "Kurobuta Special Katsu-don" made with the best Kurobuta pork loin is a hearty bowl of rice topped with a pork cutlet! The thick cutlet has a juicy texture, and when the half-boiled egg is broken, a rich, mellow flavor envelops the entire bowl! The sweet broth soaks into the meat and the katsudon is as popular as ever even after the relocation and opening ✨.
