Our original shochu '13', developed in collaboration with Shirogane Shuzo, is crafted based on the needs of the market. I call this type of shochu, which is developed by directly listening to the voices of drinkers and incorporating the thoughts of the makers, 'Craft Shochu' and will promote it.
We aimed for a delicious shochu mixed with soda, finishing it with a rich sweet potato shochu aged in oak barrels!
Sato (Black) / Nakamura / Maou
A top 3 evening drinking sake from Kagoshima Prefecture. A sake made from 5 breweries on Nagashima Island. It has no strong flavor, is smooth and sweet, and can be enjoyed without getting tired of it.
The shochu created by the first generation, Jojiro, while watching cranes flying in from Siberia to Akune, where the brewery is located. It has a well-balanced, slightly dry taste, but the rich flavor and the lingering aroma of sweet potatoes are excellent and never tiresome to drink.
Aged carefully for 3 years to achieve a delicate and smooth mouthfeel. Brewed with a robust body using black koji, it allows you to fully enjoy the fragrant richness of sweet potatoes, along with a gentle and substantial sweetness.
Tropical rich sweetness and refreshing citrus aroma. A floral quality reminiscent of Earl Grey tea. The smoothness like velvet is captivating. It can be enjoyed chilled with ice or sipped with sparkling soda.
