In a calm space located underground, you can spend your time leisurely. The first dish is an aromatic truffle amuse-bouche that lifts your spirits. The homemade rye bread is fragrant, and the seafood served in a glass includes delights like lobster jelly, sea urchin, and caviar. The presentation of poached monkfish with black truffle prepared right in front of you is exciting. The roasted and steak of venison from Shinshu is free of any off-flavors, moist, and highlights its umami. The desserts, including chocolate cake, lemon tart, and Basque cheesecake, are highly satisfying and pair well with homemade ginger ale and coffee.
