In a small shop located underground, the calm color scheme of the interior is lovely. You can feel the aroma of charcoal and the warmth of wood, and the L-shaped counter is very comfortable. The course includes not only grilled chicken but also a mix of Japanese cuisine, which is exciting. The fresh sea urchin and yam somen are well infused with the broth and are pleasantly smooth to eat. The deep-fried corn dumplings, ginkgo nuts, and eggplant skewers are also fragrant, making you look forward to the next bite. The thighs of Kawamata Shamo and Hiroshima jidori stand out with the aroma of the skin and the richness of the fat, providing satisfaction until the very end.
