This is a place where you can enjoy the view of Ginza, and from the moment you enter, you feel excited. You can see the cityscape through large windows and the terrace, making it a special time. The calm counter and stylish lamps create a very lovely atmosphere inside the restaurant. The course included sweet shrimp tartare, marinated eggplant and striped jack, and risotto with mushrooms and squid ink, all of which were enjoyable in a smooth flow. The bouillabaisse made with freshly caught sea bass and the charcoal-grilled black wagyu were both cooked perfectly and delicious. And the dessert, which combined lychee espuma and oat milk ice cream with jasmine jelly, was a perfect ending and made me very happy.
