A craft gin made abundantly with fragrant small mandarins from Kagoshima Prefecture. You will surely be surprised by the gentle citrus aroma that spreads like a wave the moment you take a sip.
Made with juniper berries from Miyazaki Prefecture, along with other local citrus fruits and sansho pepper. The gin, created from the pure water source of Mount Osuzu, has a very smooth and high-quality mouthfeel.
Produced in Miyagi Prefecture, it first spreads a fresh yuzu aroma upon tasting, followed by a gentle sweetness of juniper berries. Coriander seeds and grapes support the base, and the finish is rounded off with a refreshing bitterness of celery and tea leaves.
~Shiso Daruma Sour~ Made with red shiso from Hiroshima Prefecture, it's called 'Shiso Daruma.' The slightly sweet and sour flavor reminds one of the nostalgic taste of 'plum' from traditional candy shops, embodying a down-to-earth appeal.
