Instead of boiling the duck meat in a pot over a charcoal fire, it is cooked in an iron pot, dipped in grated soy sauce, and served as sukiyaki should be served.
For more than 100 years since its establishment in 1872, we have been serving only sukiyaki course of duck meat. Our signature dish at Toriyasu is duck breast, skin still on, cut into thick slices, and grilled in an iron pot over bincho charcoal with soy sauce and grated radish.
