This is what Akana Tume is known for! A rich and flavorful dandan soup with specially made straight noodles. The homemade meat miso enhances the deliciousness, making this our top recommendation.
A bowl that features chewy, thick, wavy noodles perfectly coated in a deliciously spicy and creamy sauce with a sesame accent, complemented by the aroma of nuts and yuzu that stimulates the senses. It pairs exceptionally well with a soft-boiled egg, so be sure to add it as a topping.
[New Menu] The aroma of sesame combined with a hint of yuzu stimulates the appetite. While you wait, feel free to grind and sprinkle as much sesame as you like.
Enjoy a gentle time filled with the aroma of burnt cheese and soft-boiled egg. You can choose between soup or no soup.
Enjoy the marriage of crispy domestic pork and tantanmen. You can choose between soup or no soup.
The aroma of cilantro enhances the spiciness of the tantanmen noodles. It's irresistible for those who love it. You can choose between with broth or without broth.
Not just tantanmen, this hidden gem of chicken salt ramen is popular. The aroma of yuzu enhances the deliciousness of the chicken salt.
The numbing spiciness transforms into deliciousness. This is the authentic red Mapo Tofu. You can add rice and soup for an additional 100 yen.
【New menu from mid-November】 A rich and refreshing white Mapo Tofu with a chicken white soup base that pairs well with yuzu. You can add rice and soup for an additional 100 yen.
A numbing spiciness and a plump texture. Classic red Mapo Tofu with shrimp.
This is a carefully prepared aromatic fried domestic pork. It can be placed on top of tantan noodles or enjoyed on its own. Please enjoy the crispy texture.
How about adding a fresh, crunchy salad?
