From seasonal appetizers to high-quality yakiniku (grilled meat), this standard kaiseki course incorporates Japanese techniques. Beginning with seasonal ingredients, the menu offers a well-balanced combination of Japanese cuisine and yakiniku, including beef stew, seasonal seafood, and grilled Japanese black beef shabu-shabu. This is a special lavish kaiseki course that includes wagyu beef sushi, steamed abalone, and thick slices of grilled meat. The special "Yakishabu (grilled Japanese beef)" is served with a red wine sauce for a refined finish.
