A highly addictive yakiniku restaurant located in Higashi-ginza. The restaurant is run by the proprietress alone, and there are only four tables seating four people in the restaurant. The specialty "Tang Shio" is thick yet tender, and is superbly seasoned with a generous amount of garlic and sesame oil. The loin is also exquisitely tender and seasoned, so much so that it is called "drinkable loin. Note that once you proceed to the sauce meat, you will not be able to go back to the salt. This is a restaurant that grabs the hearts of those who try it and is difficult to make reservations.

Exploration of a restaurant that refused to be interviewed A yakiniku restaurant located roughly halfway between Higashi-ginza and Ginza stations. The proprietress runs the restaurant as a one-person operation in an alley so deep that it looks as if this area is in the Showa period. I heard that it is quite difficult to make reservations because of the delicious roast pork and tongue salt, but I was asked to join a private party of fellow gourmets. The yakiniku here has an excellent sauce, and the roast, ribs, and halami are very easy to eat despite the sauce. The rice was so smooth that I had to have another helping of rice. The loin is so tender that you can drink it, and the texture is like that of a medium-sized piece of tuna. It melts in your mouth. The tongue is served with a salt sauce, and the salt sauce is also delicious! The pork belly is served in various cuts of different thicknesses and parts, and I enjoyed the taste of each cut by taking advantage of its advantages. I also had a top minnow and drank a lot of sake, and the bill was about 7,500 yen. I would recommend this restaurant to those who want to enjoy the roasted pork belly with salt and pepper in agony.

Tokyo En" in Ginza, Tokyo. Super hard to make reservations. I was finally able to go 😭 I was lucky enough to get a reservation and visited for the first time 🐮💞. 👧🏻 is a one-man operation. So I can't answer the phone for reservations first! LOL! I won't go into details but it has a strong personality 🙈. It's in Ginza, but the atmosphere was very Showa-esque! LOL! Tan shio (tongue salt). You can order more, but if you order different meat, you can't order more 🙅❌. I think I could get 3 servings by myself 😄. Namul is also very well seasoned ❤I wish I could have had another serving of senmai 🤔💓(only the first time) There were a lot of rules, but it was very tasty 🙄💓If you like junky and popular style, this is the perfect yakiniku restaurant🎶.

LOL! The atmosphere is very Showa-esque and retro 👀✨ even though it's in Ginza. Tan shio (tongue salt). I like the plump texture and the gutsy, junky seasoning💗. You can order more meat, but if you order different meat, you can't order more 🙅❌. The senmai is also very fresh and tasty with no smell ♡. It's a one-man business, so there are a lot of rules, but it's a great yakiniku restaurant for those who like junky and popular 🎶.

The roast is like yukke, and it's excellent 👀‼️ The sauce is sweet and on the rice is absolutely delicious... (I didn't eat it, just allowed me to take a picture 😭 lol) They have a lot of rules since they are a one-man business lol, but it's a great yakiniku restaurant for those who love junkies and pop culture 🎶.

Although located in Ginza, the restaurant has a retro feel. The proprietress runs the restaurant by herself, and the atmosphere is truly Showa-era. The word "mother" fits her perfectly. All the meat is delicious. Although it has the atmosphere of a popular restaurant, the taste is first class. Don't make the mistake of coming here in a fancy dress.

I never imagined there would be such a shop in the back alleys of Ginza. It's truly a hidden gem. The roast served with a unique sauce is tender and pairs perfectly with white rice.
