The counter seats up to 7 people on the first floor and up to 6 people in the basement, and can also be rented out.

With the invitation of a relative, he dreamed of becoming a sushi chef from an early age, and after graduating from high school, he entered a culinary school. After graduating from high school, he went to a culinary school. He trained for 3 years at the famous restaurant "Kyubei" and later participated in the establishment of "Sushi Kanesaka," where he worked for about 13 years. After long years of training and practice, he finally opened his own sushi restaurant.
